The move is complete. Well, all of our stuff is in one location now. We've just got to unpack everything.
As part of the move, we decided to re-evaluate our phone/Internet/cable services. It turns out that SBC provides local phone, long distance phone, DSL, satellite television, and mobile phone (Cingular) services all wrapped into one. The combined total is cheaper than the sum of the individual bills we were getting at the apartment. We'll let you know how the service is once we get settled and start watching our regularly scheduled programming (You are still in the running to be America's Next Top Model).
The satellite dish is small and mostly hidden from view (although there was an emergency room visit for one of the guys installing the thing). The DSL technician comes on Wednesday, which is why Kate has not been updating. She's been sans-Internet for a week now (and surviving quite well).

Happy Birthday Marc!! 29 years ago today, my bestest friend was born. Now he's a Daddy, and he's Hubby, but he'll always be my Buddy. May you get all you wish for on this joyous day (though you already got a son and a house this year, so don't push it!)
